Perfect Crispy Texture!
I have a very limited diet and it’s difficult to find foods with a satisfying crisp/crunch. These elk heart crisps are seriously perfect. They are thin, light, and airy—not like a typical experience when eating an organ meat. I’m looking forward to
getting my next bag!

Great product for taking my health to the next level
"Finally, a meat snack that actually tastes like meat! The texture is incredible - crispy but melts in your mouth. Love that it's just bison and salt, no weird ingredients. My new go-to protein!"

Jessica Lee
Love these!!
They taste awesome!! Light and crispy, almost like thin beef bacon. Perfect snack and I like to crunch up to add to salads, use like bacon. Love these in my diet! I could eat them everyday and feel good!!

Our ancestors did not stay healthy, strong, and lean by consuming synthetic supplements. The supplement industry is full of contamination, mis-dosing, and fraud.
In one study 90% of supplements were inaccurately labeled. Of these, 40% did not contain a detectible amount of the labeled ingredient. Source

Synthetic supplement pills lack the natural complexity of whole foods—nutrients, enzymes, and antioxidants that work together to support our bodies.
Whole foods aren’t just a mix of ingredients; their unique structure affects how we digest, absorb, and benefit from them. Isolating vitamins and minerals in supplements can’t truly replace the way real food nourishes us.

Nothing beats wild game organ meats in terms of nutrient density. These pure, undomesticated snacks fill critical gaps in modern diets, creating a vitamin and mineral backfill to heal, build, and perform.
Whole-food snacks replace supplements with a single serving—just real, delicious food.

FAQS
have questions? we've got answers.
How much should I eat daily?
Indulge in just one serving a day of nutrient-packed liver or heart, and you're good to go! But don't hesitate to enjoy even more if you fancy - crunch away to your heart's content. Eating a bag a week of our crisps will satisfy all your nutrient needs (until next week!).
While some might worry about vitamin A toxicity from consuming too much ruminant animal liver, rest assured that the only known case of such toxicity in humans comes from polar bear liver.
So, go ahead and savor every delicious bite without worry!
Where do we source our meat?
We're thrilled to share that our Bison come exclusively from American and Canadian ranches, where they enjoy a 100% Grass-Fed and 100% Grass-Finished diet.
Raised using eco-friendly, regenerative, and holistic ranching methods, all the animals we use roam freely on lands untouched by pesticide overspray.
Plus, they're never given hormones, antibiotics, or GMO feed, guaranteeing that our meat is of the absolute finest quality!
Why grass-fed & finished?
100% Grass-Fed/Finished and regeneratively farmed, our bison & elk organ meats come from the purest and most natural source.
The animals we source NEVER even see a grain, are raised with humane and regenerative practices, and are NEVER close to pesticide overspray. By sourcing from regenerative farms, the ecosystem thrives and carbon levels sequester.
The bison is the Megafauna of North America, known for survival and power. By eating its natural diet of 100% grass, it is able to thrive as the apex of ruminant animals. By adding its organs into your diet, you are able to harness the power of the king of the ruminants - the megafauna of North America - the bison.
What does regeneratively raised mean?
Regenerative agriculture embodies the perfect union of farming and nature, creating a harmonious environment where animals and ecosystems flourish together.
This sustainable approach emphasizes top-soil regeneration, enhanced biodiversity, improved water cycles, and climate change resilience.
Basically, this practice allows the ecosystem to naturally put back into the soil what it takes out. For example, an animal will eat grasses and shrubbery, then poop them back out - injecting the nutrients back into the soil. This enables the trees and shrubbery to keep growing and stay healthy. The animals will be moved to another grazing location long before the land begins to become bare.
In traditional farming practices, such as monocropping and feedlots, the land is made bare from overcrowding of GMO crops or livestock. The nutrients in the soil are depleted, pesticides are sprayed, and GMO feed is introduced. Waste is rampant and any adjacent plant and animal life is killed. This destroys the balance of any nearby ecosystems.
By embracing these practices, our land thrives and our animals live the life they were meant to - free from pesticides, grain, and any nonsense.
How long do they last?
The drying process used to transform our meat into a deliciously crunchy and mouth-watering treat means it has an incredibly low moisture content. This enables an unopened bag to remain crisp and perfectly textured for a whopping 18 months!
Our preparation method for these snacks also means we will never need to use any artificial or even "natural" (not really) preservatives.
But once you've opened that bag, get ready to indulge! To truly savor the ultimate flavor and texture experience, we suggest munching down those tasty crisps within 7 days!
