Grazly Refund & Return Policy
At Grazly, our mission is to deliver powerful nutrition and skincare you can trust. Because we offer perishable food items and topical skincare, most of our products are not eligible for standard returns or refunds. However, we stand behind our quality — and in rare cases, we'll make it right.
This policy outlines how we handle replacements, refunds, and exceptions, so you know exactly where we stand.
General Policy
Replacements: If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're happy to replace it.
No Standard Refunds: We do not offer refunds on food or skincare products unless under specific circumstances. We cannot resell returned food or skincare, and all clearance or discounted items are final sale.
Flavor Preference: We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal taste preferences or flavor satisfaction. Please review product descriptions and ingredients before purchasing.
Store Credit Option: In some cases, we may offer store credit in the full amount of your purchase instead of a replacement. When this is chosen, return shipping is not required.
When Refunds or Replacements Are Considered

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item is damaged in transit or has a product defect, we'll offer a replacement or store credit.
- Please send clear photos of the issue and the lot code (on the bag or jar).
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Incorrect Items: If we sent you the wrong product, we'll replace it at no cost.
- Let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- Shipping Issues (Lost/Stolen): If your package never arrives or is stolen, we'll evaluate each case based on tracking data and our Shipping Protection guidelines. Photos or claim documentation may be required.

Severe Allergic Reactions or Medical Concerns: If you have a verified medical issue that makes using a product unsafe, we may consider a refund.
- Proof may be required.
- Regulatory Exceptions: If a refund is required by law due to a product issue, we'll comply fully.
Returns & Return Shipping
If we authorize a return (rare), the cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from the refund total, as outlined in our policy.
When store credit is offered instead, no return is required and you receive the full amount.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Clearance items
- Sample or limited-run products
How to Submit a Claim
Please email us at help@grazly.co with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos showing the product and any damage
- The lot code (found on the product)
- Your order number
